Hi there - Are you amongst the 1000s whom EMAAR has fleeced of lacs of Rupees by forcing you to pay huge sums of money in the name of EDC and IDC charges supposedly levied by the govt? If yes then stand up, raise a voice and get counted to fight against the high handedness of EMAAR the so called global giant in development of world class projects (sic) !!!!!!!!!
EMAAR has been fraudulently forcing all the buyers to pay lacs by including the interest which accrued because EMAAR did not pay the govt on time and that too if at all the EDC /IDC base charges are genuine.
If the govt has really asked for EDC/IDC then EMAAR has doubled the amount by adding interest and without you knowing anything about it!!!!!!!!!!!
You have lost lacs of rupees with this one fraudulent master stroke of EMAAR
So stand up and take up the case directly with their MD.
Do not waste your time with the incompetent customer service team. They have no authority and power to do anything except making calls and giving you wishy washy answers which are meaningless.
